2022 HAKUHODO X AIC WORKSHOP EVENT ACTIVITY REPORT

On October 28 and November 11, 2022, Hakuhodo Inc./Hakuhodo DY Media Partners Inc. and Keio AIC collaborated to deliver a 2-part workshop on data science.

Event overview

Over the two days, data scientists from Hakuhodo took to the stage to explain their work as data scientists, the projects they have handled, and their thoughts on their line of work. Stories of how data science was behind well-known products that everyone knows were of great interest to the students. There was also a conversation about the difference between AI making things easier versus AI making things enjoyable, which gave the students a new perspective on the issue.
